I first tried this at a tradeshow and I was excited to add this to my intake. Fibre has always been super important and with the increase in protein, I like that this can give me added fibre. I already take a daily probiotic so I plan to take this occasionally. I do find it interesting that it can help gently delay hunger. I tried the Raspberry flavour and it was yummy!
Recommended Use: Adults (18 years and older) only: Take 1 serving, 1 time per day. Mix well with liquid and drink immediately.
Cautions: Stop use if hypersensitivity / allergy occurs. For constipation / irregularity: Ask a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Do not use if you have fever or any undiagnosed gastrointestinal trouble.
