Need to ship to a P.O. Box address?
Due to a potential Canada Post strike on May 22, we are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses since the shipment may be held in-transit. We are happy to help you ship to an alternate address. Please contact us at admin@silvericing.com to update your Ship To address.
Shipping within Canada
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Any orders below $100 have a flat rate of $8.99.

As soon as we ship your order you will be sent a confirmation email with your shipment information including your Canada Post tracking number or your FedEx tracking number. Your tracking number can be used to track your package while it reaches its destination.

Canada Post provides a downloadable App that lets you track your Silver Icing shipment from your mobile device. Search for the free Canada Post App in your mobile device's App store.
Shipping within the USA
Orders to the US should be placed through the US website. Please toggle to the US website by adjusting the country flag in the top right corner of the screen.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA and Canada.

What are your shipping rates?
Free for orders above $100 and $8.99 flat rate for all other orders.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
After completing your online purchase, you will receive an email showing when your products have been shipped. The confirmation email will include all of your shipment information and your shipment tracking number. Once shipped, shipments can take 1-7 business days to arrive.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number. Visit www.canadapost.ca to track Canada Post packages, or visit www.fedex.com/tracking to track FedEx packages.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been mailed. This email will contain your Canada Post or FedEx Tracking Number (if applicable). Very small packages will be shipped without tracking numbers.
What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
Order Date is the date that your order was placed online for processing. Ship Date is the date that your order was shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.
What about duties?
Customers with orders shipped to an address in Canada do not have to pay duties.
