This skirt is really cute. I love the felt-like feel of this skirt. I love it with tights! There is some wool but I did not find it itchy. There is an inside elastic waistband so you just slide it on and off. I am usually size Small and size 36/38; I am wearing size 38 here and it fits well. I did review sizing up to 40 in my last review and it can provide a smoother look if you are planning to wear fitted tops. Size 38 did fit comfortably for me.
